You will soon learn, that one of my top three fruits are blueberries!! These beautiful blues, as I like to refer to them, provide SO much amazing nourishment- please get them into your diet!! Anti-inflammatory, antioxidents, brain boosters, they attack cancer causing free radicals, improve vision, are low calorie and fiber rich. You can toss them into your morning chia seed pudding, oatmeal, smoothies or just eat them solo as they are so delish. I eat them every day and if you can’t find them fresh, buy them frozen/organic and pop them into your smoothies! xx, a-m
